Kazushige Kobayashi is Honjo International Scholarship Foundation Doctoral Scholar at the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and a RIAC Expert at the Russian International Affairs Council. As an expert in Eurasian politics and Russian foreign policy, he has published a number of articles and held guest lectures at universities in Russia and Japan. His current research focuses on the dynamics of Eurasian integration, global governance, regional order, and security institutions.
